Hi, I'm Kevin Meyer, an associate professor of economics at Saginaw Valley State University.  My research interests lie at the intersection of environmental and agricultural economics.  I also teach a range of topics in both economics and statistics.

Although I was born in California, I grew up in Alaska, where I earned a BA in economics.  While there, I also earned a minor in music while studying classical guitar.    After a couple of years of working in the private sector, I moved to Michigan where I earned an MA in economics at Central Michigan University.  I then moved to Iowa to earn a PhD in economics at Iowa State University.  My co-advisors were Dr. Catherine Kling and Dr. David Keiser.
